I use thc infused into shea butter - coconut paste - wax pearls. all heated and stirred - added to an empty underarm deodorant tube. apply to the affected area and wait about 2-3 min. pain is gone!
I use to use crampex but they have stopped doing this so I either use tonic water or an ice cold wet flannel as it seem to be when I get hot I get cramp in places you should not get it
Immediate relief when I use a couple Tbs of apple cider vinegar to a glass of water. Hold your breath and slam it down or add a bit of honey to calm the bitter taste. It works within seconds.
A mountain hiker friend told us he and his friends always carry Cream of Tartar with them....1/8 tsp in a little water. My husband was plagued by night leg cramps and started taken this drink every night before bed and has not had a leg cramp.
Pickle juice. Works every time usually within a minute or two.
When I have a leg cramp, I pull the big toe towards me with the heel of my other foot while lying down and will not release till it relaxes.
I have occasional leg cramps in the middle of the night. I tried the bar of soap under the sheets. That seemed to work. I used Irish Spring soap, and renewed it every 2 months. I believe some of the constituents must evaporate to give the relief, and over a period of time, are used up. That does not hurt the use as soap, so the used bar goes in the shower. I found a product called Hyland's Leg Cramps, I think in Wal-Mart or CVS. I am amazed at how quick one tablet works. I keep a bottle in my travel case and another next to the bed. I stopped putting the Irish Spring in the bed, and use up those soap bars from the motels in the shower.
Hello I suffered from severe leg and foot cramps for years and used the soap remedy and it worked well for about 3 months then it started to wear off despite changing the soap regularly so i tried the organic pressed apple cider vinegar before going to bed this worked well for a few days before I stopped taking it due to the acid indigestion, however I now take golden rod a dried herb from my garden which is working well, still keeping the soap in the bed which lessens the cramps anyway
I would recommend half to a full teaspoon of golden rod stem and flower in tea to anyone suffering from severe leg cramps, I haven't had a single attack of the cramps since starting it a few weeks ago

I have been having severe cramps in my toes and legs at night, but sometimes during the day also. I actually have had to pull over to the side of the road a couple of times for toe cramps that were so bad, I couldn't keep my foot on the gas pedal. Dr. said I need arch support, went through all of that and it did not work. Then I turned to the internet. I did not try soap, because I feel like that must be a placebo effect. But a couple of people online and a friend told me about quinine. Since you can't get the pills anymore, they said by tonic water. So I tried that and it upset my stomach. So I kept searching the internet and one man said that he found that putting a rolled up towel or a small pillow under the back of his knees worked. He said that he had tried everything and that this actually works. So, I thought what the heck, I'll try it, and GUESS WHAT, IT WORKS!!!!!! I've been using a little pillow that I use for travel, and for the first few nights I thought is was probably a fluke, BUT IT'S BEEN 2 MONTHS!!! NO CRAMPS!!! NOT AT NIGHT AND NOT IN THE DAYTIME!!! MY HUSAND AND I ARE IN SHOCK, BECAUSE WE CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHY MORE PEOPLE AREN'T AWARE OF THIS. I KNOW IT SOUNDS TO SIMPLE, BUT TRY IT. You do have to sleep on your back, but it's worth it. Just put the pillow right behind your knees! PLEASE ANSWER ON THIS FORUM IF IT WORKS FOR YOU, AND IF IT DOES PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD. I THINK IT'S A MIRACLE!!!
