Acne is caused by diet. The easiest way to resolve this is stop eating animal products and ingest as little fat as possible. This is advice coming from a guy who took Acutane for years. if someone would have told me this when I was young, I would'nt be scarred for life. A low fat vegan diet will do wonders for you're body. You may even lose some weight. Try this please!
Acne is a health condition on the skin that increases the dead cells and oil up your skin, this is why your face looks oily at times when you go out and come. Acne can cause pimples on your face, neck and shoulders as well. Acne are caused due to imbalanced diet and hormonal changes. It can also be the side effect of any medications that you have taken earlier. Apple cider vinegar is one of the best home remedy for treating acne. It helps to balance the pH level of your skin and dries up the excess oil in your face. Mix a part of apple cider vinegar to three parts of water and stir it well. Wash your face with warm water and apply this mixture after patting it dry. Now apply this mixture onto the blemish. To apply, use cotton balls and do not apply directly with fingers. Apply this mixture several times in a day and then wash off.
I tell you what! Hands down best remedy for my acne is the Oil Cleansing Method.
FIGHT OIL WITH OIL.
IN 4 oz. glass bottle:
Mix 2 oz. Castor oil:2 oz. Ex. Virgin Olive oil
Shake to mix.
side note*grapeseed, sunflower, coconut, oil will do just as fine with the castor oil. Make sure you try to buy organic and unrefined oils.
Add 4 or so drops of geranium, lavender, thyme, tea tree, oregano, or WHAT EVER your favorite essential oil is to scent and add 'anti' power.
Essential oil is not necessary, but does help.
WHEN TO USE AND HOW
Use this remedy for your pm routine.
after face is clean, take a little oil mixture in hand and rub in firm circles on face. Start at your forehead and work your way down.
GO AHEAD! Cover your edges, brows, and lashes. This mixture stimulates growth☺
With the oil concoction on your face, run a rag under hot water.
Drape hot rag over face and Let sit for 2 or so minutes.
wipe oil off face with rag and enjoy!
in just three days my face perked right up and looks brighter!
I did get a few more pimples, but....I think they were just festering into the cysts under the surface before I started and I believe they would have turned into the really painful ones had I not tried this.
after 5 days, I seen a difference in the thickness of my eyebrows foresure, and I think my eyelashes are coming around too.

Very Effective With Zero Side-Effects
1. Wake up in the morning, brush your teeth drink 2 glass of warm water. Wait for 15 mins eat homeopathic medicine called sulphur 30 (Sounds dangerous but homeopathic medicines don't have any side effects). Do this step every 3-4 days in a week only; don't do this continuously because it makes your skin dry.
2. Don't eat anything for 30 mins.
3. Eat 5 Almonds after that.
4. Wash face with water and rinse gently. Apply honey to affected areas.

Results start show after 15 days and take upto 2-3 months depending on how bad your Acne is. But, this is a very strong and effective solution. You will never remember what Acne is.
Mix a container of toothpaste and baking soda, then apply to acne infected areas. Then, with a paintbrush, spread aloe Vera gel all across your face. Not only will this help target and attack acne that you didn't see, but it will also help prevent it in the first place.
I have sensitive skin, so when I treat my acne, I have to be gentle. Sleeping with a clean towel on my pillow at night seems to help keep my acne at bay, as well as washing my face at least twice a day. I rarely use chemicals because my skin is so sensitive.
When searching for a remedy for fine lines and wrinkles I heard that virgin coconut oil was very effective but since I get acne, was worried it would cause the acne to get worse. Mix in a large bowl one container of mayonnaise, 1 tspoon rosemary, 1 cup vinegar. Whip with whisk until mixed evenly. Apply to face for 10 minutes, then rinse. Leaves face feeling cool and refreshed.

Okay so you’ve tried everything to cure your acne! I’m talking pharmaceuticals both orally and topically, herbal remedies, lotions and positions. You may even have gone to down the path of green shakes and a raw vegan diet. But for some reason nothing seems to work!
If this sounds like you, I’m going to let you in on a little secret…
Your acne is probably the result of a mental and emotional imbalance! Now this may seem a little far-fetched, but hear me out and let me give you a brief background story. I had suffered from acne since I was 15 years old, until I was nearly 30. I had studied Naturopathy so I had a clean diet and access to any herbal remedy available. I felt embarrassed. How was I going to treat clients with skin conditions when I couldn’t even cure my own?
Now it should be noted that I also have experience in psychotherapy and human behaviour. But for some reason I did not make the connection between my acne and my mindset. One day I was lucky enough to have someone sit down with me and nut out that connection. From that day on I never suffered from acne again. Here is the same mental exercise that I did. You really need to push yourself until you feel a shift in each step. For this reason it may be best to do it with another person so they can really push you when you want to give up and resist. I have listed some examples but you really need to come up with examples and scenarios that resonate with you in order to re-myelinate your neural pathways.
- IDENTIFY HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT THE ACNE
Quite simply, how does your acne make you feel? For me, I felt like it made me ugly and flawed.
- WHAT IS THE OPPOSITE DESCRIBING WORD AND LIST AS MANY DRAWBACKS OF THIS TRAIT AS YOU CAN? (don’t stop until you feel a shift) I felt that the opposite traits were attractive and perfect. Here are some example drawbacks:
Everyone looks and stares at you, including sleaze bags, creepy old men and bitchy women. People will objectify you or treat you like a piece of meat.
Free stuff comes with a price. Normally it’s called “I pay for your meal in exchange for sex”.
An overinflated ego. So many compliments make you superficial, arrogant and up yourself. You have the tendency to only want to hang around with other attractive people, who also have cardboard personalities. You miss out on the plethora or opportunities that less attractive people can provide you with.
No real friends. Yeah, they might compliment you, but that gets boring. They just want to be around you because you’re pretty. When the going gets tough, they’re nowhere to be found.
Your dates are shallow. People hardly love you, they just love what you look like. You’re a human shell to them. And even if dates line up, finding someone of quality and substance is a fucking headache. Let the interviews commence.
Some men are drawn to ‘trophy wives’ to boost their own feelings of self-worth as if to say: ‘Look what I can get! I must be pretty special.’ But over time they they may need to trade you in by seeking a younger, more beautiful partner to continue the facade of success. And in the meantime, they may not even fully respect you, because they are only giving value to your physical beauty, not the person underneath.
Beauty isn’t forever. You have a “sell by” date in modelling and are bound to be replaced with the newer younger hottest person by the time you turn 30. And don’t even try to fix yourself with plastic surgery that shit just won’t work.
Beautiful women can feel the pressure to look beautiful all the time in case their partner no longer loves them if they don’t makeup or gorgeous clothes. They can fear putting on weight or growing old and so they can sometimes resort to drastic dieting or plastic surgery to keep the fear at bay.
You start stressing if you DON’T get complimented. Is a hair out of place? Is your mascara smudged? You suddenly worry that you might not be so pretty and get all insecure.
Your partner is bound to be insecure and jealous. Just because you say you’re in a relationship doesn’t mean people won’t hit on you left, right and centre.
You believe that you’re so hot that you automatically have a sense of entitlement. You FEEL people SHOULD treat you better because you’re hot. This is something EVERY good looking person secretly battles. A lot of people won’t admit this one but is true.
- LIST AS MANY BENEFITS OF THE TRAIT YOU USED TO DESCRIBE YOUR ACNE (eg the benefits of being ugly or flawed)
Firstly and fore mostly, no sleazy guys and creepy old men hitting on you! This means no wolf whistles as you walk past a building site full of tradies or no guys trying to grab your ass as you walk through a crowd!
You repel wierdos on the public transport! There’s nothing worse than sitting in an empty tram and having that weirdo sit directly next to you only to try and strike up a conversation.
Ugly people are appreciated for their personality. If you’re ugly and someone agrees to hang out with you, chances are it’s because they like you for who you are.
Ugly people are funnier. It’s true! Think of all the truly funny people you know. Chances are they are unattractive. That’s because ugly people can’t take themselves too seriously.
Being ugly is low maintenance. When you’re ugly you don’t have to worry about trivialities such as make-up, hair extensions, tan, botox, plastic surgery. Since nothing you do is really going to matter you can just let yourself go. You can save a lot of money!
Ugly people are more successful and acquire more skills and resources. Beautiful people have everything handed to them. Ugly people, on the other hand, have to work harder to get what they want. When you grow up ugly, nothing is handed to you. You have to study and do well in school and you need to acquire skills. Beautiful people don’t need to struggle to gain things and they are weaker people because if it.
People actually take you seriously and listen to what you have to say. The problem with being beautiful is that people are blinded by your good looks and don’t listen when you speak. If you’re ugly, you will never have that problem. No one watches the Miss America pageant for their views on politics or world issues.
Whoever you date or marry actually cares about you. Have you ever questioned if the person you are dating is with you because of your looks or do they actually care about you? If you’re ugly then that is never a concern for you. You know that the person lying next to you isn’t going anywhere because if your looks were such a concern they wouldn’t be there to begin with. Think of the Heidi Klum/Seal scenario.
So you rolled a less than average score in the genetic lottery. Well, there may be some small consolation in the fact that hot guys are more likely to shoot blanks. Studies have shown that there’s a connection between how attractive you are and your sperm count, and it’s not the one you think: Unattractive males are just more fertile.
- BY THIS STAGE YOU SHOULD SEE THAT YOU ARE OVER-INFATUATED OR ADDICTED TO A PARTICULAR TRAIT (eg attractive or perfect) AND THAT YOU ARE FEARFUL OF IT’S OPPOSITE (eg ugly or flawed) THEREFORE DISOWNING THAT PART OF YOU.
- THE KEY HERE IS TO OWN THESE PARTS OF YOU THAT YOU HAVE BEEN DISOWNING. THE BODY WILL REFLECT AN UNBALANCED MIND. IF YOU HAVE A HIGHLY POLARIZED MENTAL STATE YOUR BODY WILL DO IT’S BEST TO RETURN TO HOMEOSTASIS (A PERFECT BLEND OF POLAR OPPOSITES). THE MORE YOU REPRESS A TRAIT THE MORE YOU WILL ATTRACT EXTERNAL INFLUENCES SUCH As ILLNESS, PEOPLE, SITUATIONS OR EVENTS TO FORCE YOU TO OWN IT.
