I drink 2 or 3 cups of raw, organic cow's milk every day, (or more if I can), and it has cured my sweet tooth and craving for chocolate and snacks. I have the raw milk in a milkshake-half a banana, a bit of cacao, and fill the blender to the top with raw milk. You can use a quarter of a banana, or none at all as banana itself is sweet. I find this such a filling, satisfying drink that seems to fill every gap in my tummy, (sounds corny, but can't describe it any other way-it's soooo satisfying). If you have 4 or 5 cups of raw milk it will actually cure toothache,too, which I have done.
