Fill a glass with lemonade (not cola ) about a 1/4 full, just enough to perhaps quench a thirst and drink it. 1 hour later dink a glass of water and if neede add 2 alka seltzer or a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda.
I sometimes get bad trapped wind, especially after eating. Drink a glass of water with your meal to aid proper digestion.
Dissolving 2 alka seltzer tablets in water or a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda in water also helps.
