Dry skin- Mix fresh lemon juice with olive oil, rub onto your dry skin, use this every night.


Using lemon juice and sugar is great for getting rid of those flaky, dried skin on your face and all over your body.

Here the benefits of both of them:
A. Lemon – A natural source of Vitamin C; an ingredient commonly used to lighten sun and age spots and even out skin tone; A natural astringent that tightens pores and brightens the complexion.

B. Sugar – A natural exfoliator; a natural source of glycolic acid which evens out skin tone, cleans pores, and improves overall skin texture by removing dead, dull skin cells.

The sugar I use for my face are brown sugar and organic sugar. (Normally, I used the organic.)

For the last ten years, I have suffered with chronic hives and have had very little luck trying to find a remedy for them – either controlling new outbreaks or soothing my skin when it is under attack. The best prevention I have found is taking heavy doses of antihistamines but one of the many unpleasant side effects associated with them is very dry skin, which of course exacerbates the already severe itching that is present with hives. After trying every available oil or lotion including hydrocortisone crème and baby/mineral oil to try to keep my skin lubricated, I have finally found a product that my skin has tolerated without repercussions. It is called Argan oil and it is very light, quick to absorb and has been very effective in moisturizing the affected areas, which does lessen the itching. The brand that I have used and can recommend is called Moroccan Silk and is available through a company called Essaouira. Their web site is and unlike the ones found in retail stores, their products have expiration dates on them, which is a very important feature. I completely and without hesitation suggest trying this oil as an all round moisturizer for even the most sensitive, vulnerable skin types including for face and neck skin. I have been very satisfied with the results I have had with this oil.

I did not notice if anyone mentioned that the start to curing dry skin begins with your diet. Eat foods that provide skin moisture, drink plenty of water and balance! Limit showers to 5 minutes (if you can) and moisturize while your body is still wet to seal in moisture. Don't be afraid to add another layer of moisture! Email me if you have any other questions!


1tsp-1tbsp of coconut oil every day,I take it with 1tsp of honey in warm water (I know nasty but it works for me). Also apply coconut oil to your skin like a lotion.


ok if you have dry skin then get nivea lotion and aloe verda gel and mix til it has green swirls and put it on you're face for 2 or 3 min. and after put tooth paste my friend said to put toothpaste it will help so it was to boring so i did this recipe and it works perfectly well... for me try it and by the way leave toothpaste on for a minute it might burn but that's if it works.


If my face gets dry, I just spread a layer of honey on it after I cleanse my face (make sure you put your hair up if it has a chance of getting in your face) and let it sit for about 30 minutes. After that, I rinse my face with warm/lukewarm water, then splash it with cold water and dab my face dry. It works like MAGIC for my skin, but everyone has different skin, so you may get different results.


If you have really dry skin I suggest you go to the nearest Dollar Tree and get Cocoa Butter Skin Lotion. CHEAP, good sized bottle and works really well! Its got Vitamin E It helps soothe and relieve you extra dry skin.
Also use after tanning to prolong your tan && prevent peeling. ( :


Add glycerin to your favorite nonscented lotion, shampoo, conditioner. Also drink lots of water and avoid caffeine and too much sun.
