Take acidophilus and nutmeg thrice daily until the diarrhea subsides.
Red raspberry, comfrey, clove, or slippery elm tea will help with cramping and normalize bowel movements.
Carob and bananas will help normalize bowel movements.
Use a weak mullein or slippery elm tea as an enema.
Sun dry some slices of unripened bel fruit and grind into a powder. Mix a teaspoon of this with some water and take twice daily.
