Oatmeal tea: a cup of water + chamomile tea + 3 tbsp of instant or regular oatmeal + 1 or 2 tbsp of honey and sugar to taste. make sure the water is hot . the taste really isnt too bad
Popcorn. Usually, at least 10 minutes after I eat a few handfuls of popcorn, I gotta poop. It's toture at the movies, but pretty funny.
get about 6-8 oz of prune juice pour it in a mug..heat it in the mircowave for about 40-45 minutes. drink it quickly. in about an hour you should be relieved..IT WORKS FOR ME EVERYTIME..

I find that a large mug of coffee (two teaspoons) made with milk, accompanied by a pint of Orange juice and tonic water (1/3 orange juice) makes me go to the loo every single time about one hour later! I do this every day - prevents constipation, piles, colic etc etc. Doesn't cause reflex constipation either. Been doing this for about 3 years now!
Found this site researching chiggers and amazed at wealth of issues and solutions. Left same comments under hemorroids and can be aptly applied here. Two heaping spoonfulss of flax seed in the morning and you will never be constipated again. Cheap, healthy and it works. They may seem bland at first but after years of eating I look forward to their nutty natural taste. Buy it by the bag at Natural Foods Co-op for pennies. Had clean colostomy where brother had growths also. Father died early age from colon cancer so I tend to watch diet carefully.
I was given this advice from a healthfood store owner- she said as soon as I wake up drink 3 glasses of water. It flushes through your digestive system. she illustrated it like flushing water pressure into a clogged drain. It seems to work but give yourself time to drink the water. It seems to work within half hour of drinking the third glass. Give yourself time to also spend in bathroom it's best to try on weekend. Everyone's body is different I hope this works for someone out there.
