What you do is boil water, buy local honey. Local honey has the polen to help sore throat. combine the boiling water and keep on low for 3 minutes.
You could also, (if you don't like the taste, buy lemoaid and boil the water and put the lemon in it, boil for 3 min. and drink that.
I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU! because it helped me a lot.
When I became pregnant, I could not longer use the topical steroids that controlled my quite severe scalp psoriasis.I was able to still use the salicylic acid shampoo but it didn't do enough. Strangely enough, I found that just putting Vaseline on the scabs overnight and then washing my hair has totally controlled breakouts. The only downside is that is does make your hair a bit greasy until the second washing, but if you've had s.p. this is a small small problem. Super cheap too!
At the end of last year, I developed a bunch of white patches in my scalp. At first, my scalp felt tight, and then there was an uncomfortable itch. I tried over-the-counter Nizoral and that made the tightness worse and even made my scalp feel like there were small cuts. Then I tried Neutrogena T-Gel. My scalp didn't feel dry, but the itch and patches were still there. After dealing with this for about 3 months, I finally went to a dermatologist.
The dermatologist prescribed, DermaSmoothe because she said it was dandruff. That did not work and was a complete mess. Then I tried sea salt, This worked very temporarily and dried my hair horribly. After another 2 months, I visited a second dermatologist who diagnosed me with scalp psoriasis.
I was prescribed Clobex as a shampoo and Taclonex to rub in my scalp. This worked. The only issue I had was the using for whatever reason when I used Clobex and Taclonex in the same day, I felt myself having slight trouble with breathing. So I skipped the Clobex and used the Taclonex. No problems with breathing and in fact, the patches, dryness, and itching were gone within 3 days.
Unfortunately, I had to take an antibiotic a couple of months ago and guess what....the patches were back. I rubbed some Taclonex on them and they were gone the next day. That helped me to know what the link is with my scalp psoriasis. Since then, I haven't had any patches, but a once in a blue moon itch. Taclonex holds it at bay. I hope this is helpful for someone who is at their wits end like I was.
use castor oil at night, shampoo with M-folia shampoo in the morning. This shampoo doesn't contain SLS's but still lathers. No other shampoo has proved as good (buy on line). My scalp became clear after 6 months and has remained totally clear for the last nine months when only shampooing and no longer using the castor oil.
