Apply a strong tea of chaparral, comfrey, nettle, plaintain, slippery elm, or white oak bark directly to the wound to help stop bleeding.
Apply cayenne extract or powder to a small wound to stop the bleeding.
Bistort, cayenne, comfrey, goldenseal, white oak bark, or yarrow, taken in capsule form, can help with internal bleeding.
Contact a physician for any type of uncontrollable or internal bleeding.
Press a gauze or clean cloth firmly onto the wound to stop the bleeding.
