I have found to cure a hangover, nothing better than a can of Coca-Cola, it can't be Pepsi, or something generic..Coke (or Diet) is the only one that works...try it!
I have found through years of living at the frat house that Drinking at least a 12oz glass of Orange Juice with 2 tablespoons of regular sugar first thing when you wake up really jump starts the system. You'll notice signs of improvement within the first hour or so. Hope this helps!
make chicken noodle soup. i have a really bad hang over right now, and im slowly sipping the broth and eating small amounts of the vegetables and rice. my stomach has calmed down, and i have no headache. i dont know if it will work for you or not, but it's worth a try.
there is no true way to cure a hangover, but there is a way to reduce the effect. First before you start to drink eat fatty foods (grease coats your tubes, which will cause the alcohol to soak into your system slower. During drinks Rotate with water (Alcohol dehydrates the body). Don't bother with talking a cold shower(having the body encounter with a colder temp. will increase the effect of the alcohol.
To cure a hangover, try sleeping it off. Anything over 8 hours seems to do the trick.
In the morning eat a banana and a piece of burnt toast and drink lots of water.
to prevent hangovers,hmmmmm... DON'T GET DRUNK! simple, yet, it works wonderfully.
A few I have heard are drinking pickle brine, V8, or just water with some aspirine before bed. I have found that orange or grapefruit juice works well
i tend only to suffer from crippeling stomach pain and what iv found to work is drinking as much waterashumanley possible for some reason once i cant possibly swallow another drop the pain is completeley gone.
When I have a hangover I like to have Chocolate and Water, water to rehydrate and chocolate to boost sugar levels, of course drinking water before you go to sleep helps a lot. If your anything like me though, by the time your drunk you just want to go to bed!!
