I know everyone is on the low-carb or no-carb diets right now but i lost 50 in like 10 months pounds eating just carbs and fruit. call me crazy but i found that for a snack i would grab a tortilla and eat it totally plain and it filled me up. almost to the point where i wasnt hungry for the next meal hours later. and when i wanted something sweet i ate watermelon, a peach, or a couple of strawberries. i had little to no cravings for anything else. And you know what i didnt even know i was doing it until my mother pointed out that all i was eating was carbs and fruit. so if i didnt even notice for like 6 months and i was losing so much weight how bad could it be?
Drink Apple Cider Vinegar. AT least 2 tablespoons a day. Some mix it with water and honey. And others just drinks it in shots. Its up to you. Apple Cider Vinegar will balance your body's PH level. And when your PH level is balanced or alkaline, your body's metabolism will start working properly...allowing you to lose weight. (im sure you heard of the 'apple cider vinegar' diet.)
Eat at least 5 meals a day. Three main meals and two snacks. Push food away when satisfied. Most of all exercise regularly. I am 200 lbs. and have lost six lbs. in 10 days.
to stop cravings for sweets, put some mouth wash in your mouth and swoosh it around. the cravings will stop.
Whenever you feel hungry, drink plenty of water to fill you up. If you still want that chocolate cake, eat cereal with little amount of sugar. It's hard but worth it. You can also make a large salad with every vegetable or fruit you like. There are many ideas, just be creative in a healthy way.
My aunt's doctor told her to grink a full 8 oz. glass of water before and after meals to make yourself feel fuller so you won't eat as much. She tried it and lost 25 lbs.

When you are hungry eat sparingly, enjoy every mouthful, and eat slowly so your brain can have time to register when you are full. If you do not eat, food becomes more desirable and there is a chance when you do come to eat, you will over eat. REMEMBER GOING ON A DIET IS TRAINING TO BE FAT.
Eat 1/2 a grapefruit or 1/2 a cup of grapefruit juice with each meal.
