Chlorophyll and vitamin k. Make a lotion with these and coconut oil and massage on and around varicose veins daily. Chlorophyll may sound pretty foreign but it's not hard to find and it's not too expensive. Possibly at your local health food store
Compression stockings. Every woman should wear them : ) I had surgery to remove mine about ten years ago and becasue I wear stockings every day, they have not come back. If you get a script form you dr, ins will cover as 'durable medical equiptment'. You can find the stockings at medical supply stores
When varicose veins pain and swelling flare up, apply EMU lotion to the area once a day for two-three days.
Be sure to maintain a clean and healthy colon, as this will minimize the appearance of varicose veins.
Apply vitamin E oil or comfrey, white oak bark, or witch hazel tea to the affected areas.
Massage some apple cider vinegar into the skin on and around the varicose veins twice a day.
Take bayberry, cayenne, taheebo, and white oak bark for healing and preventative effects.
