Drink Tea with either lemon or sugar(don't use both) and eat plain toast.
Drink regular tea with freshly squeezed lemon or honey. This will definately help in the relaxation of the stomach. Do not put sugar in the tea if you are drinking it with lemon or honey. This will make the tea useless.
Create a mixture of a teaspoon mint juice, a teaspoon lemon juice, a small amount of ginger juice, and some black salt and drink.
Suck on some betel leaves and a little rock salt for quick relief.
