9 Home Remedies for Peptic Ulcers


I will be trying a morning smoothie with filter water, half of one apple, and one table

Spoon of apple cider vinegar.


Drink green plantain water.

Preparation: Take an unripe plantain, the greener the better. Green plantains are hard to peel. Remove & discard the peel. Slice in very thin slices (I use the slicing side of my cheese grater). Put in a container with water and shake well. Keep in the refrigerator.

Drink half a glass every 4 or 6 hours.
You can refill the container with water as needed. Make sure the plantain slices are always underwater to avoid oxidation.


Drink fenugreek seed tea.


Have a banana shake or eat a couple of bananas with a glass of milk.


Eat a cup of yogurt each day with a few leaves of drumstick ground into a paste and added.


Drink the milk from blended blanched almonds.


Have a cup of cold unsweetened milk.


Drink a cup of one part cabbage juice and one part carrot juice.


Eat vegetables such as beets, carrots, cabbage, cucumbers, and spinach.
