Eating a slice of fresh lemon will cure an upset stomach within 5-10 mins. I was shocked at how well it worked when I first tried it (if you can get past the pucker).

Just drink some soda water, seltzer, or sparkling water. They are all the same thing: Carbonated water. It may taste a bit strange, bvut I really works. Make sure to stay away from flavored sodas, especially artificial. Ginger ale works, also, and fresh squuzed lemonade. NOT store bought!!

Try sucking on some fresh garlic. It sounds weird, I know, but it does help.

What works for me is to bathe the forehead, face, and neck with really cold water, or use ice packs. This may be a pain or uncomfortable for some, but for me ANYTHING is better than vomiting.

take one cup of ginger ale stir until the soda is flat and down the intire cup.

Nausea: Drug stores carry syrup of coke (coca cola...remember it was a patent medicine before the mega marketing) or your local bar can supply it from their fountain coke machine). Take a teaspoonful, if you tummy has not settled after 5 mins take another teaspoonful. It won't hurt you. My children's paediatrician reccommended this many years ago. Works just fine and NO side effects.

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda fully dissolved in a glass of water - 2hours as needed, no more than 7 times a day (or just read the side of an Arm&Hammer Baking Soda box) Worked great for me for upset stomach/nausea also should work fine for heartburn. (or as another post suggests, just eat some soda crackers)

For Nausea, make a cup of cinnamon tea & sprinkle ground cloves into it! Sip on the tea, until nausea is relieved. You can sweeten it a little with your favorite sweetener. I use a teaspoon of sugar, but you can substitute this with an artificial sweetener.

dramamine as far as a pill is great for nasea,eating a peice of peppermint candy works as well.

Just freshly ground ginger root (fair amount, don't be stingy) into hot water, let steep like tea and sieve the grated pieces out with a spoon or cover the hot water with a piece of cheesecloth or gauze for easy removal following the steeping process. Drink while hot and may put in a tablespoon of honey for flavor but remember that honey has sedative effects.
