My mother had asked me to do the same thing as you mentioned, I drank luke warm water with lemon and honey everyday for 5 months in the morning and it dint help. I dint even lose a single pound.Please help....

My dad's an Ayruvedic doctor and I know a bunch of people who are Herbal specialists and have suggested this remedy. Except, they also say to put in like half a teaspoon full of ginger powder. Everyone says it works and my mom does it everyday. I can stand the taste though because I don't like honey and the ginger makes it worse for me, but if you can, try it...

Anyways, like someone said earlier, you're supposed to take it after brushing your teeth and before eating in teh morning. Try drinking another glass before bed if possible.

To boost your immune system as well as loosing weight from water and lemon: Slice ginger root and but a few slices in a saucepan and boil for 5 min. Take this boiled ginger water and add tbls lemon juice and 1-2 tbls honey. Drink like hot tea.
