I think it's probably whenever you feel like you need a boost of energy. Drink the mixture instead of eating to give energy without gaining weight.
i have been doing this for 5 days now and i have lost 10 pounds. i drink it when i wake up. and before the evening. not only does it taste great but it make me feel good and full. honey has a natural suppresent in it to make you feel fuller.
can you use lemon juice instead of from a lemon

why warm water? wouldnt cold water be better as your body burns more calories to heat the water in your system?

can you have regular meals with this method? i also read in a 'weight loss' magazine that 1 cup of water (cool or hot, didnt mention), one tablespoon honey, and one table spoon viniger (instead of the lemon) before each meal. maybe this goes the same i believe?
