Certain fruits and vegetables contain fattening sugars and do not avoid meat. I eat A LOT of meat and I'm 126 pounds.

You can eat anything you want as long as you stop eating after 6 or 7pm, If you feel hungry after that time just drink water and you won't gain any weight on the following day- keep doing this for 3 weeks and you'll see results you will loose weight.


It's true, I never eat past 6 pm.
When I did, i gained weight. Like if i'm really hungry, I'll have a slice of cheese or something.
