Take cod liver oil, lecithin, linseed oil, vitamin E, and zinc to aid the healing process.

I have had psorasis for over 15 years now. The Lindseed oil and cod liver oil method done nothing to clear my psorasis. I took it faithfully for over a year with no results.
My Aunt, on the other hand had a much more severe case of psorasis and the cod liver oil and Lindseed oil along with lying nude in the sun, actually cured her. She has been psorasis free for over 10 years.

I have had Psorasis for 30 years dx at the age of 7. At this time, my body is at it's worse. As everyone knows, that stress, illness, etc. can and will make 'it' flare up. My tx for the past year is Remicade. It is given through IV. This medication has been great for me. Of course, not everyone can take it. However, my husband is in the USN and they pay for my treatments. 4 hours is taken out of my schedule about every 6 weeks. You can't beat that! Ask your dr if your a canditate. Good Luck!

My mother suffered with Psoriasis on her scalp. She eventually tried applying honey directly onto the psoriasis every night and leaving it on as long as possible. After a few weeks she noticed that it was receding and it eventually disappeared altogether. She also put it onto a patch of psoriasis on her elbow which also disappeared in the same way.

I have been a suffurer of Psoriasis most of my life. Lotrosone prescribed by my doctor has worked, but was rather expensive. I have found that Lanacort also works and can be bought over the counter in most stores.
