Lean a little less than 2 feet from a wall. Rest your palms and forearms against the wall and lean in with your abdomen, keeping feet firmly planted.

Are you supposed to face the wall or face away from it? I can do either position, but which one did you mean?


this does help!


This doesn't help. And if you are cramping really bad, it makes it worse after you stop.
