For the common cold: When first symptom appears (for me it is sneezing and post nasal drip)
Take faithfully every 4 hours;
Echinacea (capsules work best) read dosage directions usually 3-4 caps
vitamin c with rose hips- 500 mgs
Zinc (1)
beta carotene(1)
garlic (odorless)(1-2)
Follow this at least for a week , up to 2 weeks.
*** note: if you skip a dose, take it as soon as possible as your symptoms will get more aggressive and it will be Harder to fight the cold.
