I used 2 teaspoons of baking soda and 3 teaspoons of peroxide (this makes a paste) and brushed my teeth with it and then let it sit on my teeth for two minutes then rinsed.

After this I poured some apple cider vineger into a spoon and dipped my toothbrush in it and brushed my teeth with that. Just continue to dip the toothbrush back in the vinegar often.

This worked wonders immediately and my teeth are so much whiter.

i tried this and the first time it worked. but it never made a paste it was just liquidy....am i doing it wrong?

Start with the baking soda and slowly add one teaspoon of peroxide at a time. The first time, when I put all the perox in at once, it was a bubbly liquid. The 2nd time, it was much more pasty.

I tried this without the viniger and I also brushed my teeth first and I could see a difference. It wasn't very pasty when I first mixed it but as i started to brush my teeth with it it did start thickining. Worked for me.

this does not work very well. i just tried it. peroxide is not supposed to go in your mouth people. this also burns like heck.

Of course peroxide can go in your mouth! To get rid of a sore throat, I and my have gargled with it mixed in a cup of warm water.

And this remedy does work to whiten teeth...I've been doing this off and on for years. You just have to be careful not to use it too often or for too long at a time because the baking soda is abrasive and will take the enamel off your teeth.
