When I have a migraines I often get in the bathtub with warm water and take a deep breath and go under water for around 10 to 20 seconds trust me it works.

I have done this for years. It is even better if you take a really hot shower and let it bead down on your head.
It can work for headaches but if it is at the true cant see straight, nausea migraine then this will only be a temporary relief.
