i have suffered from what i think is anxiety and sometimes its so bad that i get a feeling of complete weakness.i feel chewing a bit of ginger really helps .one the taste of it distracts your mind and two,ginger also relieves you of any nausea associated with the anxiousness.try it.it could just work.if not ginger is great anyway!
