Cinnamon may help someone who is already trying to lose weight. It has been shown that it can help a person lose weight, sometimes specifically in the abdomen, when combined with healthy eating habits. One reason it works is because it helps with insulin resistance, which a lot of overweight people have and definitely affects weight loss abilities (I know!).

Can you please tell me how to take cinimon??and in how much quatity?


Heyy I have been using cinnamon sticks as well..
I make green tea .. Boil One cup water and Put a stick of cinnamon and green tea in it. Bring it to a boil and drink it with a teaspoon of lemon or honey.:)
