Excercising is very important if you want to lose weight. Going swimming or dancing or playing a basketball game with friends are some fun ways to exercise! But push ups, sit ups, and jogging daily are also good alternatives. The key is to combine exercising with something you like to do like watching tv. If you have space in front of your tv, turn it on, lay out a sheet or something in front and start excercising. Seems crazy but works great.
