For leg cramps, I take calcium, and homeopathy and most importantly, I also wear knee high athletic socks. The socks keep the calf and ankle muscles warm so they don't cramp. I cut the toes out of the sock so it doesn't get too hot and to free my toes. I'm going to try potassium next and see what that does.

BANANAS,BANANAS,BANANAS. I HAD LEG CRAMPS WHEN I WAS PREGNANT AND I ATE ONE BANANA A DAY. THE LEG CRAMPS WERE HISTORY. PLUS BANANAS ARE GOOD FOR YOU AND ARE LOADED WITH POTASSIUM.

Taking potassium without a doctor's supervision is dangerous. High levels of potassium can cause cardiac arrest!

I get leg aches often, was searching for a remedy and this worked, I took no name brand 'tums' and it took about ten to fifteen minutes but I deffinetly feel between 90 to 95% relief. Thank you.
