I have found that sweating and promoting good circulation have helped a lot. Try Bikram Yoga, running sprints, and drinking lots of water. Also, try this scrub in the shower: Coffee grounds, 1-2 tbsp oil (olive, seasame or apricot), dash of salt, dash of cayenne pepper, several dashes of cinnamon and tbspn Honey. It seems to help... The caffine in coffee tightens the skin, the grounds promote circulation to the region, the cinnamon and cayenne draw blood to the surface promoting circulation to the skin, the honey disenfects and the oil naturally moisturizes and keeps the skin supple.

this scrub makes your skin feel amazing! however, make sure you use it BEFORE you wash in the shower.. the coffee can stain your skin slightly and also leave a smell similar to smoke :/

I've been using used cafinated coffee grinds for only 1 week while in the shower...rubbing vigorously and then rinsing off. After one week I have a rash if pimple like acne on both sides of my thighs! YIKES! What happened? It's not itchy just a cluster of pimples. Allergic reaction? What can I do to get rid of this issue now? HELP!

I've been using this and have had no problems as of yet, I use it every morning on thighs, butt, belly, and also upper arms for almost a week now, no rashes, legs feel great my skin is already very soft, my circulation feels much better and am even noticing smoother texture already! If it doesn't rid me of the dimples, its still worth all the other affects I'm getting!

you have been doing it vigourously....massage it gently in circular motions for 10-15mins
