Last year I lost almost 20 lbs in 1 month. I ate one meal a day (a very healthy meal-and high in protein)danced for about two hours every night after eating- but give you food time to digest- and drank ice cold water all day until I felt like I was going to burst. I heard ice water burns calories and gives you more energy because your body works harder to warm it up. After I lost enough weight to wear my bikini again I started laying out in the sun and I lost even more weight- according to Jillian Michaels from The Biggest Loser, sweat is your friend especially if you are like me and your weight distributes evenly all over your body. I got pregnant after I lost all my weight and I just had my baby in January and I'm just now getting back on my diet so I can lose it all over again! It really works.
