Eat fresh papaya several times a week, or when needed. While eating them, also chew and swallow about 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp of the fresh seeds every time. This is very potent pain killer and it can make you feel little naseous after eating, in which case, just chew and suck the juices, then spit out the husks.


Who the heck can drink that many cups of tea in a day??


That's A LOT of tea. Good thing I LOVE tea and I LOVE papya!
