This did work after about 15 minutes for me. Thanks.

I reduced the amount of Baking Soda to one teaspoon and dissolved it in warm water. Smelt disgusting - tasted worse. Made me vomit quite violently. But it worked and I was asleep and practically painfree within 30 minutes! Magical :o)

Wow I cannot believe the suggestion from this article is EQUAL AMOUNTS of baking soda and water. The generally acceptable use is about half a teaspoon in about 4 ounces of water. All it really does is make you belch, which sometimes, is all you need. Too much can cause feelings of the esophagus being blocked, and in severe instances, stomach rupture.

This is a wonderful opinion. The things mentioned are unanimous and needs to be appreciated by everyone. I appreciate the concern which is been rose. The things need to be sorted out because it is about the individual but it can be with everyone.

I've been doing this since I was a kid and it ALWAYS works. Suffered terrible indigestion with all of my pregnancies and used this all the time for instant relief. (BTW they all had lots of hair!)

don't get many indigestions so wasn't sure how to handle it...
downed half a glass, then realized the awfull almost sewage like taste, puked, felt a little better.

Felt like I was going to die, nothing was helping, 14 weeks pregnant, drank about 3 ounces of the water and baking soda, burpped, pucked several times feeling better but not 100% but has only been a few minutes...

This works. Relief within minutes, but have a trash can handy. Projectile vomiting as seen in 'The Exorcist' may occur.
