A cure for pms is any food product made from milk,whether it be milk itself,cheese,ice cream,ect. This I discovered from observing my daughter when having episodes of pms. Pms made her very angry and irritable and even somthing minor like having a little piece of lint on her clothes would upset her. I noticed that when she had pms and also drank or ate a milk product that she would almost immediately calm down. It would change her mood and make her happy.
