Sunbathing (in a bathing suit, not full clothes) for 20 minutes has never failed to bring very significant relief to my depression and anxiety - besides giving me a pretty color to my skin and clearing up minor skin problems. This, too, cheers me up!

If you are depressed about the way you look...STAY OUT OF THE SWIM SUIT!!!! When I am depressed, I think about all the good things God has blessed me with. And another thing that helps me to feel better is to listen to happy music with a fast beat, maybe even move to the music a little! DON'T listen to that sad music!!!
