Exercise. Moderate activity will promote higher levels of endorphines in the body. These supposedly act as, so to speak, 'pain-killers' and are good for emotional well-being. The degree of effect will vary from person to person. Nonetheless, exercise is still beneficial to overall health.

I have been trying to do this for a month. I feel less depressed. I feel more polar.


The problem with this is when you're so depressed you don't have the energy or motivation to do anything, much less exercise. Maybe this would work for someone with mild depression, though, but I know that it can be difficult to even get out of bed, much less take a shower, get dressed, and then exercise.


well if you want it to be gone enough you have to find that one moment of motivation and don't hesitate. anything that may help you is worth it don't you think?
