This works like a charm...

Heat milk to the point just before it boils (frothy on top) then add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 level tsp of sugar and sprinkle cinnimon on top stir very well and drink while hot. You'll be out in no more than 15-20 minutes.

The heating directions are crucial to activating the natural sedative in milk; the rest is just for flavoring.

got the milk and the sugar but dont have vanilla extract so I am trying butterscotch extract and its yummy....hope it works....

I am only 14 years old, and I have been having problems sleeping ever since I started my ADD pills (I take pills at night for this problem). I happen to be out of pills and having this problem. It's 12:25 and I have a big test tommorow (or should I say today). Heating the milk now. I'm going to try the cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar (I am completely indifferent to the taste of milk). I'll let you know how it works! :)
