Actually vitamin B12 is helpful in preventing and reducing eczema. Vitamin B12 is found in eggs, meat, poultry, shellfish, and milk and milk products.

I had all kinds of health problems including eczema. I found out I was allergic to cows milk. My Eczema and other health problems dissappeared when I got off milk. This probably only works if a milk allergy is the cause.
