I discovered this recipie in an herbal health book and it is amazing. A glass of tangerine juice(orange juice will work as well)slightly warm. Let a few pods of cayenne soak in the juice (or mix in a pinch or two of the powder. Then just add sugar to taste. The juice will replenish your vitimins and rid you of the headache. the sugar will give you energy. And the Cayenne will take away any fever like symptoms such as sweating. It's wonderful.
