I am sooo...grateful for this post. It save me a trip to the Dr office, money, and to see my son suffer from the pain. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It took less than a minute now he's sound a sleep.

I tired and thankful MOMMY

when I read this I was not sure what to think. But my 2 year olds screaming and grabbing her ear made me think, it was worth a try. It was hard to get the drops in her ear because she did not want to try anything. but after only a few min she stopped crying and went to sleep. Thank you so much! This really works.

I woke up at 3am with a terrible earache and woke my mom up and we have been up all night and day trying to get rid of the pain, nothing was working. so we decided to look online and found this. it sounds so weird but i was willing to try anything. I was so shocked when the pain in my ear went away almost completely! Thank you!

i tried the onion water in my 15 month old sons ear he is allergic to antibiotics so i went on line and found this remedie he is feeling much better and hopefully we will get some sleep.

THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH im 12 yrs old and i was really sad because i couldent go to town with my friends i was crying so i went online and found this website i thought it was a little strange but because it was hurting soo much i tryed it ........a few mins later i was laghing my head off saying it tickled and the pain was gone I WILL DEFINETLY RECORMEND IT TO EVERY1 !!!!!!

My 9 year old daughter was crying in pain over her ear infections. The left ear much worse than the right. I could not give her any more medications and went on this web site. I heated the onions are stated. I cannot believe how this worked. I am so grateful...

I have the flu and got an ear infection in addition to everything else. I would not go to the doctor for this sort of thing and after trying homeopathic drops, the pain was just getting too much. The warm rice sock did not help either. So I tried this. Bad bad idea. The pain was worse than childbirth, I thought I was going to faint (and I get migraines regularly, so I'm used to pain). I let it sit in there for a little while hoping that the pain would go away, but ultimately used a qtip to get as much as I could out. The excruciating pain went away, thankfully, but the old 'ear ache' pain remains. This may work for some people but because it may make the pain so much worse in others I would NEVER experiment with this on a child.

My son has been screaming with pain because of his ear ache and I didn't know what to do so I looked up ear ache remedies and THANK GOD I found this. He went to sleep within 4 minutes after I used the onion juice:) IT WORKS! THANK YOU GUYS FOR GIVING ME ENOUGH INFORMATION TO HELP ME SON AND OTHERS:)

So so thankful for this post! My 12 month old cried through most of the night and continued on this morning, our family doesn't tolerate antibiotics well so I did not want to go get him on them. So I found this and with everyone's comments I was encouraged to try... and literally within 2 min. the crying stopped and he has been happy and playing for 45 min! You just saved me a lot of money and my sweet baby a lot of pain, God bless you!
I was also intrigued by the negative responses, so I looked it up, and this would not work if you have a perforated ear, and that is probably what caused the great pain. Hope this helps someone else!

What if you don't have an ear dropper? Would a q-tip suffice? I assume also, you want to make sure it is only juice you are putting into your ear, not onion pulp, correct? Help! It's 5 am and I've been up for 2 hours in excrutiating pain. No med. insurance.
