Before I reveal this remedy to you, I want to give you a warning. Once you drink this drink, you cannot eat or drink anything after you do it. The only thing you can drink is water. Try drinking this drink in the evening and/or before you go to bed.

Take a bottle of water and pour in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of cinnamon. Add 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix them together slowly. Put them in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes. After that,mix it again. Pour it in a cup and drink.

Try doing this remedy for a week and see what happens!
