rls for 30yrs now before the docs knew what it was.The sleep disorder doc is the one to see. RLS can be from very mild to very severe & I have had all degrees also in arms so bad that I kicked both feet & beat my arms up & down on the bed nonstop.Spent a month never slpeeping more than 2hrs per day(broken sleep) First trust me NEVER eat chocolate or desserts except in the morning if its not flaired up. Reglan & duragesic patches are triggers. If u r sleep deprived it will only get worse u have to catch up on sleep even if u get off your sleep time. Preventing these triggers will greatly reduce how often u have it. These r things I figured out before the sleep doc then he gave me reading material to back it up.
