I have type 2 pre-diabetes. Everyone is difference so experiment with what works for you. Of course you have to exercise and change to a healthier diet, no or low sugar and carbohydrates. Remedies are Bitter Mellon, Chrominium piccolinate or Chromium GTF, Alpha Lipoic acid, Magnesium, Vitamin C complex, E, D & B-complex, CoQ10, Fenugreek, Ginseng, Cinnamon and Okra. Make Okra water, take 3 fresh Okras cut tops off and make 2 vertical slits in each okra and place in pure water overnight. In the morning squeeze liquid out of okra into water and drink the liquid first thing in the morning everyday. You can find a you tube video on okra water.
