Mix 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice(can substitute the lemon juice from concentrate), 1 Tablespoon raw honey, 1-2 cloves fresh garlic(can use the jarred minced garlic), and 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper in a plastic container with a lid. once all ingredients are mixed together, cover and store in the refrigerator. take 1 teaspoon of this mixture about once every hour while you are awake. this remedy will cut the time you have the cold or flu in half.
