Drink plenty of water! I discovered this when I was tired of reoccurring UTIs and started drinking around 90 oz of water a day. It was annoying at first going to the bathroom so often(like every half hr) but it tapered off(every couple hrs). It takes about a week to notice a difference. I also have more energy. Water is the cure for a lot of health problems that you don't realize until you start drinking more. How much you need in a day depends on how much you weigh.
