yeah vitamin C is good but too much vitamin C is actually harder for your body to absorb, so dont overdo it


taking Vitamin C does little to boost the immune system. Zinc is the immune booster in the body, the physiology of which can be easily researched.


if you are going to take vitamine C, do not take more then 2000 International Units (iu) a day. If you suffer from frequent bladder infections, you can also take vitamine C to make your urine acidic, and more difficult for bacteria to grow.
