I read in a natural health book to try a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, if it makes youmsymptoms worse the you have too m uch acid, if it releives your symptoms then you don't have enough acid. I have suffered with what I thought was eith heartburn or food allergies my entire life. I tried this and it releived my symptoms, it seems I have been suffering with low acid. I no longer have issues and suffer, if I feel symptoms comming on I take 1 TBL spoon in a glass of water or juice and it stops immediately! Good luck!
