Anne

I am suffering from P for about 2 years now. I know it's just a short time but I know you understand how hard it is having P and not being able to wear normal blouses or shorts or cute dresses.

It started on my upper legs and eventually disappeared. However, it started spreading on my scalp, my lower leg, my arms, and my back.

I went to a dermatologist and was prescribed some ointments which worked for a while but didn't clear up everything. I also stopped using it at some point because it's expensive.

I've been reading through this site for the past year and tried those Epsom salt, baking soda tips but didn't make my P any better. I didn't want to go on a diet because food is my only happiness in this stressful world. I also didn't take vitamins because I always forget taking it.

The past weeks however, I felt so ugly and I hated myself for having P. Now I am doing these things and I feel better:

I bought Clobetasol ointment. I know that this should not be used for a long time but I was desperate. It worked. The P on my arms and back are now gone. The brand I used was Clonate. However I didn't apply it on my legs because I would then be applying it on my whole legs and that would not be good.

I started drinking Vitamin D3 (5000IU) and Zinc (50mg). Now I am also drinking probiotics, fish oil, and selenium. I think this helps me stay clear and it calms the redness of whatever I have on my legs.

I also don't eat tomatoes or anything tomato-based because I learned that it makes my P so red and itchy.

As for my scalp I haven't found a treatment yet though I am hoping that in the long run it will be removed, with all these vitamins I am taking.

I am also trying to cut out on my intake of sugar and processed foods. It's hard, but I want to be cured!

I will purchase Argan Oil soon since I heard that it can treat P and will update you as to how it goes.

Hope I helped! Hit me up if you have any questions, I'd be more than happy to answer them. This website has helped me realize that I am not alone and this is my way of repaying all you guys who shared your treatment. :)
