If you eat something that has an ingredant you can not pronounce, you shouldnt eat it, Also pork is very unhealthy to eat. It causes your liver to get cloged with toxins wich and mess up your whole system. The biggest thing to to try and eat all natural foods, or kosher foods, if you can. There is a reason kosher food is kosher, namly because of the way the animals and plants have been rased and farmed. Also, anything that you know has caused problems in the past, even if it doesnt bother you every time you eat it, you should avoid it like the plague. Like milk only sometimes makes me sick, but because i'm intolerent to it, whether i feel the pain or not, it always messes up my system.

Its been scientifically proven and thats why people even have to have 'cleansings' because all the crap we are told is o.k. really isin't. i mean u think the fat building up around ur heart is from fruits and vegtables? lets get real here..meat may taste and look good but its really not that good for u...

but yeh im all for these remedies, so far there pretty good.

You are an idiot, seriously. Kosher is not an indication of how an animal is raised. There are specific things that need to happen for something to be considered Kosher. It can be based on how an animal is slaughtered. Land animals must both have cloven hooves and chew its cud. Anything that dwells in water, and has fins and scales is fine. Any meat that comes in contact with sciatic nerve is forbidden. Pigs were forbidden because AT THE TIME they were used as garbage disposals. Pigs raised in the United States are fed a whole-grain diet and are leaner than chicken. They do not eat animal products and contain no contaminants, you twit!

The problem is that there is a multi-billion dollar industry backing the consumption of these mass produced foods, while on the other hand there isn't much money to be had in actually encouraging people to eat healthy. Think of it this way, your teeth are flat and designed for grinding, not sharp and designed for tearing flesh off of fresh carcasses. Meat is fine from time to time, but unfortunately most Americans are the victims of an industry that shoves it down your throat as often as possible to make profit. Unfortunately most people don't ever stop to think about the things they have been conditioned their entire lives to believe/do.
