I'm going to start by doing this in my spa for a short period. Should reduce the stress on my old knees doing it this way.

Dancing Legs

I would love to do this pose, so I went to the Yoga Point site and found it.
HOWEVER, the site warned that people with hernias or intestinal problems should only do this under supervision/professional guidance. Unfortunately, I have a form of inflammatory bowel disease called Crohn's Disease, & because of that I recently had to have my colon removed so I now have a stoma (ileostomy). *Sigh* :( I have no leg pain, just hyperactive legs!
