salicylic acid and thyme oil.

I have been bothered by a plantar wart for over 10 years. Eventually, it turned into 2 in close proximity to each other. I really didn't know that it was a plantar wart at first, as I was playing sports I thought it was a blister that became a callus, until nothing could improve it. Once I realized what it was, I tried off and on over the years using the salicylic acid round pads, but I always got frustrated and I did not realize that you needed to seriously stick with it for it to succeed.

About 2 months ago, I became really serious about finding a solution to get rid of these. I have been trying to loose some weight but I was getting discouraged because my foot would be in so much pain after working out. I didn't really want to go to the doctor out of embarrassment and fear for what they might need to do to remove it. Then I found this website and I promised that if I found a solution I would give my experience. I can finally say that my warts have been removed!

I started with the salicylic acid round pads, but I used duct tape instead of the sticky bandages that come with the pads after reading others recommendations because the sticky things that come with it aren't practical and just loosen up halfway through the day. After about a week and half of that the warts loosened up and then I started the thyme oil. I would use a q-tip to apply the oil to the wart, using a clean side after everytime I touched the wart. At the beginning, I would still use the duct tape, then switched to clear blister protectors (like strong thin bandaids) and they were easier to remove to apply the oil twice per day. There were a few days where my foot was so tender and pain that I could not sleep, but then I quickly started seeing results so I kept with it. After about 3 weeks of this the warts were gone! I have been using vitamin e on the new skin, and I worked out today for the first time in years with no foot pain!

Good luck to anyone, I don't claim to know anything, but this is what worked for me!
