Sore throats develop into something more serious if not dealt with. I use any of the following rems. 1. Salt gargle. 2. Boil honey,ginger, lemon and garlic in a glass of water take half b4 sleep. 3. Hot milk and turmeric. 4. A teaspoon of sesame oil before sleep. Also use of anti bacteria toothpaste and gargle after brushing teeth. All these help plus watching what you take especially before bedtime thanks.
